The Story Behind Inventoros
As a Senior Full Stack Developer working in the shipping and logistics industry, I've witnessed firsthand the daily challenges businesses face with inventory management. Companies of all sizes struggle with disconnected systems, expensive enterprise software that's overkill for their needs, or makeshift spreadsheet solutions that can't scale.
Running my own e-commerce businesses, I experienced these same pain points personally. I needed something powerful enough to handle complex warehouse operations, yet simple enough to get up and running quickly. Something that could integrate with existing tools without breaking the bank.
The solution didn't exist--so I built it.
Inventoros is the result of combining years of development experience with real-world business needs. It's built on modern technology (Laravel 12, Vue 3, Inertia.js) with a plugin architecture that lets you extend it however you need. Most importantly, it's open source--free forever for anyone who needs it.
Working on multiple projects and businesses, I understand the importance of tools that just work. Inventoros is my contribution to making powerful inventory management accessible to everyone, not just enterprises with massive budgets.
