Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Inventoros, a Brilliance Digital product, handles information on this website and the plugin marketplace. Inventoros itself is open-source software that you self-host. Data inside your own Inventoros installation stays on your infrastructure and is not covered by this policy.

Information we collect

  • Account information: when you create a marketplace account, we store your name and email address.
  • Payment information: plugin purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms.
  • Usage analytics: we use privacy-focused analytics that measure aggregate traffic without selling or sharing personal data.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies for sign-in and session security, and we remember your cookie-consent choice.

How we use information

  • Operate the marketplace and deliver the plugins you purchase.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
  • Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the site.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the site work, such as our payment processor, hosting and email providers, and analytics. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Self-hosted installations

Inventoros is software you run yourself. The inventory data you store in your own installation is controlled by you, not by us, and is outside the scope of this policy.

Data retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the marketplace and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can access or delete your account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, which we will honor where applicable.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, security headers, and rate limiting, to protect the site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

  • Stripe, for payment processing.
  • Privacy-focused analytics, for aggregate traffic measurement.
  • Bunny Fonts, for font delivery.
  • GitHub, which hosts our source code, issues, and discussions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
