Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Inventoros website and the plugin marketplace, operated by Brilliance Digital. The Inventoros software itself is open source and licensed separately under the MIT License.
Acceptance of terms
By using this website or the plugin marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The software
Inventoros core is free, open-source software licensed under the MIT License, available on GitHub. It is provided "as is" without warranty. These terms cover this website and the marketplace, not the installation you host yourself.
Accounts
When you create a marketplace account, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Marketplace and payments
- Plugins may be free, one-time purchases, or subscriptions.
- Paid purchases are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription from your billing portal.
- Access to a paid plugin is granted to your account after successful payment.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us through GitHub and we will work with you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to violate the law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Inventoros name and logo belong to Brilliance Digital. Plugin authors retain the rights to their plugins, which are licensed to you under each plugin's own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website, the marketplace, and the software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the marketplace, or the software.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
